They have been calling me and speaking in spanish.

when i answer this call it starts ringing somebody but i dont know who as i always hang up befor it is answered

number will show up on caller id as being from San Antonio, TX. Do not answer, hit re-dial and a local number comes up. Dial number and a woman answers as follows, Credit One Bank, please hold and a man comes on and assures you that this indeed Credit One Bank. No listing for that Bank in San Antonio, Tx and no listing for that number. All voices have a heavy mid-eastern accent.

That i had fradulent activity on my account i was going to be served with court papers within the next 24 hours

Not sure what this was but didn't answer as I didn't recognize the area code. Certainly nobody I know!

It just calls on numerous times but never leave a message.

I first got a message on my answering machine about a service verification and that they would call back. Then someone has called back; EVERY DAY for the last 3 days. One call was NOT during acceptable business hours. There is a woman's voice saying Hello? Hello? Hello? and then it disconnects. I have an UNLISTED number so if they did not get it from me they ARE not supposed to call it. I use an answering machine that lets me literally hear the person's voice during the call so I can make sure I never pick up if I don't know who it is. If you don't pay for callerid you can get this type of answering machine for 15 dollars at Target/Walmart. If you have an unlisted number (not even information has it) and you ask how they got your number and tell them they are not allowed to call; if they do not immediately hangup and NOT CALL YOU AGAIN, by law you are allowed/supposed to report them.

I keep getting phone calls from this number at all times of day. No one there, and I can't call it back. Just a busy signal.

A caller from this number has been phoning me daily (up to six times per day) for a little over a week now. I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and this caller has never left a message, which I find very suspicious.

Bottom feeding bill collector lies,m and threatens. Block this number, or dont answer if they call you. Serious DOUCHEBAGS!
